By accessing or using Vidpipe.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vidpipe.ai is an AI-powered platform that converts videos into blog articles and newsletters. We use artificial intelligence to transcribe videos and generate written content based on the transcription.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One account per person; multiple accounts may be terminated
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit Purchases

• Our Service operates on a one-time credit purchase model
• One credit equals one video-to-article conversion
• Credits never expire once purchased
• Credit packages: Starter (10 credits - $20), Popular (30 credits - $40), Pro (50 credits - $60)

4.2 Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4.3 Refund Policy

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Refunds may be granted at our discretion for technical failures or service errors
• Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content you don't have rights to use
• Generate content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications through the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service (e.g., bots, scrapers)

6. Content Ownership and Rights

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of videos you upload
• You must have the legal right to use any videos you submit
• You grant us a limited license to process your videos for transcription and article generation
• Uploaded videos are deleted after transcription

6.2 Generated Content

• You own the articles and newsletters generated by our Service
• AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may require human review/editing
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing

6.3 Our Content

• The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Vidpipe.ai
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property

7. Service Limitations

• Video file size limit: 500MB per upload
• Supported formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, and YouTube URLs
• YouTube transcripts: Only available for videos with existing transcripts (70-80% of videos)
• Regeneration: 1 free regeneration per article on any paid tier
• We reserve the right to impose reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may suspend the Service for maintenance with reasonable notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
• Processing times may vary based on video length and system load

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Unused credits will be forfeited.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Fail to pay for services (if applicable)

We will provide notice before termination when possible.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
• We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Google, OpenAI, Stripe, etc.)
• You use the Service at your own risk

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDPIPE.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• We are not liable for content generated by AI or user error

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vidpipe.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights (including copyright infringement)
• Content you upload or generate

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
